Meet Our Founders

Corinna Essa

Originally from Greece, Corinna Essa worked in the TV industry until she discovered the unstable nature of the industry and the myth of TV careers. She worked for several television companies in London, France and Greece, until the financial crisis hit Greece in 2009 and she found herself out of a job.

Having been mentored by her brother her entire life, a very successful Internet business owner, Corinna learned the power of using the Internet to create your own economy. She attended Internet marketing seminars and began seeing the results of her efforts. It was at one of those seminars where she met her future husband, Steven. Corinna speaks three languages and owns a multi-million dollar social marketing company..

Steven Essa

Steven Essa is one of the most highly regarded webinar automation experts in the world. Winning many ‘Best Speaker’ awards at live and on-stage events, his presentations have been enjoyed by over 25,000 people around the World. He is also the author of the #1 international best-selling book ‘Money On Demand'.

Steven is known to be an ethical and professional online marketer whose area of specialty is user-friendly automated webinar systems.

His whole life, Steven looked for that one thing that would give him financial freedom and doggedly pursued his goal of prosperity by tapping into the online business market. Thanks to a lot of hard work (and the help of a mentor), Steven became financially free (from over $1 million in debt) by building a fully automated business that leaves him free to do whatever he wants. Along with a busy golfing calendar, these days he creates strategies and tools to teach others how to prosper and achieve success.

Steven and Corinna have a strong belief in giving back and helping other people to reach their full potential. The gift of giving is at the heart of their personal values, along with the intentions that ThinkSmart Education was founded on.

Here on a special TEDx talk, Corinna discusses their journey with Fostering children and the horrifying statistics around children being subject to circumstances beyond their control leading to mental and physical abuse. Steven and Corinna have taken many foster children into their home and continue to prioritise stability and community in their lives.

Transformations Rehabilitation
Steven says "A percentage of the bioloigcal parents of foster kids we have helped had drug issues and if we can help drug addicts we can help kids too. Hand in hand, helping families."
Transformations was founded on the Gold Coast in 1999 by CEO and former drug addict Michael Barrett. Being set free from long term addiction himself, Michael had a dream in his heart to use his own experience and knowledge to help his fellow addicts. Transformations offers a safe space for addicts to find love, purpose and hope.

Droplets in a Stream
Poverty steals hope and happiness from children. It robs them of opportunity and threatens their safety. But we have an opportunity to rewrite their futures! This amazing charity saves children in Uganda and Kenya who are trapped in a cycle of poverty and neglect.

Whether it is providing nursing care and domestic assistance in the home, physiotherapy to enable the return of mobility, accommodation for victims of domestic violence, working with foster carers in the care of vulnerable children, a safe caring environment for the elderly, skills training for young unemployed people or parental education and counselling, our long history of quality care is reflected through all that we do.

The Smile of The Child in Greece
Founded by one man inspired by his dying son, who wanted to see the homeless children near the hospital smile before he died of cancer as a young boy. His father went on to set up "The Smile of the Child" in memory of his son Andreas, which over the course of 23 years has supported more than 1,480,000 children and their families. Solutions have been found for victims of violence, missing children, children with health problems, children living in poverty or threatened by poverty.
